The Coronado project consists of a complete renovation. It consisted of converting a section of an old house into a studio apartment. The design is primarily focused on taking the appropriate design guidelines into consideration to meet the 7600 law (Handicap law) requirements and more. The client is in a wheelchair and needed absolute independence, so absolutely everything is designed, from the parking ramps and access of the apartment, to the furniture and accessories, which are all bespoke, with universal dimensions; In other words, both the wheelchair user and the non-wheelchair user can use all the accessories and furniture in the apartment without any inconvenience.
